Submission Chain is a BJJ technique library and training journal. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Your email address, used only to send the one-time magic link you sign in with.
The content you create in the app: training sessions, technique flows, and your profile (belt, gym, bio, and similar). You enter this yourself and can edit or delete it.
We do not collect payment details, and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics that profile you.
Who processes your data
Supabase provides our database and authentication. Your account and content are stored on their infrastructure.
Cloudflare hosts and serves the site. Standard request logs (such as IP address) may be processed transiently for security and delivery.
These providers act as processors on our behalf and are bound by their own data-protection terms.
Cookies and embedded content
We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember your language choice. There is no tracking or advertising cookie, so no consent banner is needed.
Technique pages may embed YouTube videos. When a video loads, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and receive your request data under Google's privacy policy. Embeds load only on pages that show a video.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account and content until you ask us to delete them. You can edit or remove individual sessions, flows, and profile fields at any time from within the app.
To delete your whole account and associated data, contact us using the email below and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its date. Material changes will be made clear before they take effect.
