Why it failsThey post the free leg out and re-base; you burn energy and stay mounted.
FixHook their ankle with your foot (or step over it) before you bridge.
Turning before the hips are fully bridged.
Why it failsWithout the hips at the top of the bridge there is nothing to roll them over, so they simply re-base.
FixBridge all the way up onto your shoulders first, then turn toward the trapped side.
